WINGS (Women In Need Growing Stronger)
When many women first learn they are pregnant, they are often unsure what to do, or where to turn. Making decisions about your pregnancy can be confusing. You are not alone. The caring and professional staff at Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri are here to help. All of our services are confidential.
Through our WINGS Program (Women in Need Growing Stronger) we offer services to pregnant and parenting women and their families. Our social workers can provide neutral, unbiased counseling to help you make sound choices and plans for yourself, your child, and your family. No matter what your decision, we are here to help both before and after your child is born. We will help you look at resources that are available to you and will help you explore how life will look if you decide to parent or if you decide to make a plan of adoption.

- Childbirth preparation
- Adoption assistance
- Parenting Skills
- Referrals for childcare
- Help with education or job training and placement
- Housing Assistance and Referrals
- Help with domestic violence protection
- Mental health screening, treatment and referrals.
