Infancy and early childhood are critical moments in time and finding quality, affordable child care is essential to making the most of those moments and easing the mind of working parents. The mission of LFCS' early childhood centers is to provide comprehensive early education and school-age programs in which children are encouraged to explore, question and discover.
Recognized for understanding and meeting the needs of children, Hilltop Child Development Center and Elm Point Early Childhood Center are respected institutions in St. Louis City and St. Charles County. 
Both programs are licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and are nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation. In addition, Elm Point Early Childhood Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) the nation's leading organization of early childhood professionals.
