18th Annual Holiday Home Tour Dec. 3
Proceeds from six-home tour to benefit LFCS

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Nov. 01, 2005 - Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri will host the 18th Annual Holiday Home Tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Six homeowners will open their doors to the Cape Girardeau community as part of the Holiday Home Tour, which raises money for LFCS. This year's tour will include an 11,000-square-foot home with a pantry the size of some master bedrooms and the "boat house," a home with great historical significance in southeast Missouri. All of the homes will be decorated for the holidays.

More than 500 people attended the Holiday Home Tour in 2004, raising nearly $4,000 for the organization. The tour includes the homes of:
* Tim and Loretta Dodd, 180 E. Lake Dr.,
* Rick and Tracy Blattner, 601 Highland Dr.,
* Dave and Vickie Howard, 1865 Cypress Dr.,
* Peter and Cindy Maher, 633 Highland Dr.,
* Brett and Cherie Stembel, 2141 Sussex,
* and Dr. Robert and Linda Sacha, 351 Kelley Court.

Advance tickets can be purchased for $15 at the following locations: Bank of Missouri locations in Cape Girardeau and Jackson; Bi-State Southern locations at 612 S. Sprigg and 920 N. Kingshighway; the LFCS office at 2911 Breckenridge; Patrick Furniture at 1140 N. Kingshighway; Sunny Hill Garden Center at 206 N. Kingshighway; and Wanda�s Coiffures at 1405 Thomas.
